Running the most important exercise for our body but how should we start this? The answer is – Running for beginners here we will know how should we start running. But before that we should know what the running actually is-

Human beings started walking and running some 4-6 million years ago when we evolved and rose from all fours. So, we consider running as an important part of our life, but here what if it’s used as an exercise. In an study it was found that a human who runs on an average 50 miles per week had significantly greater increases in HDL cholesterol (the good fat) and significantly greater decreases in body fat than a normal person who do not do it.

Running is a popular form of physical activity which is used by the wide range of people. About of of five an average human being try running on some aspects of their daily exercise. Running is an appealing exercise because it doesn’t cost a lot to take part and you can run at any time that suits you. There may be different goals that can be thought for running and they are.

Some general tips for beginners

  • There should be a sense that you should not start running directly if you haven’t exercised for long time. Before running you should prepare your body by light exercise.
  • If your are above 40 years then you should meet your doctor to check your body and for pre exercising session.
  • Start with brisk walking. Aim for 30 minutes per session. Allow a minimum of six weeks to build up to regular running. Aim to increase your jogging time each session, and alternate between walking and jogging.
  • Make sure to warm up and strech your body before running.
  • You should drink plenty of water before and after the running and carry a water bottle during your run.
  • During workout rests are to important so take 2 days rest in every two weeks.
  • Choose a grassy ground rather than a hard or soft place to avoid yourself from injury.
  • Do not choose roads for running to save your joints and yourself from accident.
  • Wear loose cotton clothing.
